1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using OGO Music Player (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Service Description
OGO Music Player is a mobile application for music playback with voice command recognition. The App allows you to control playback, search for tracks, and manage playlists using your voice.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for your use of the App. You agree not to use the App for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by OGO Music Player and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of the App may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are presented in the App at the time of purchase.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
8. Open Source Software
The Application uses third-party open-source components. In particular, it may use Vosk software, developed by Alpha Cephei Inc., distributed under the terms of the Apache License, Version 2.0. The use of these components is carried out in accordance with the terms of the applicable licenses. The User has the right to review the text of the Apache License, Version 2.0 at: https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0, as well as other licenses — on the official resources of the respective rights holders. Such components are provided 'as is', without any warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The rights holders of these components are not liable for any damages arising from their use, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
